Every time I use my air fryer, I think: “Where have you been all my life?”.

I absolutely love it, and use it more and more. I’d encourage you to at least think about buying an air fryer if you don’t have one. This Cosori XL air fryer comes highly recommended!

Some of my favourite air fryer recipes are this mini banana bread, these easy baked chicken thighs, Greek air fryer chicken meatballs, and this air fryer naan pizza.

If you haven’t tried cooking an air fryer rotisserie chicken yet, please do – it’ll change your life! Air fryer bacon is great too (less mess than in a pan!).
