Summer

Need a light and breezy summer-appropriate recipe? I’m thinking a refreshing and healthy salad, a pasta dish that you can serve with a big green salad and a glass of white on the side.

Or, my favorite, ‘something Greek‘, which always seems to shout ‘summer holidays’.

Some of my favourite summer recipes include this easy moussaka (seriously, you just have to master this – you’ll be making it forever), and this Mediterranean pasta salad, which is great for BBQs, parties, or just for an easy lunch or side.

Cherry tomato season? This one pan chicken and chorizo is a summer stunner that everyone will love.

How about dessert? For a BBQ, try this delicious white chocolate tiffin with crushed meringues and fruit. Or this light, summery and impressive one layer banana pineapple cake AKA Hummingbird cake! For a quick lemony dessert the whole family will love, you just have to try this ‘magic’ lemon pudding. Don’t forget a scoop of ice cream on top!
