Need something tasty and easy to go with your meal?

My super easy go-tos are these delicious and easy Mediterranean roast vegetables, these 2-minute olive oil toasts, or these sautéed frozen green beans or sautéed frozen broccoli.

If you’re already planning to turn on the oven, may I suggest these amazing Greek potatoes? Or keep things really simple (but classy!) with these roasted potatoes parmentier.

This Greek mac and cheese and this baked eggplant with tomato and feta goes perfectly with meat and fish – or to be honest they’re great on their own.

More in the mood for rice? I’d highly recommend this quick Greek lemon rice with chickpeas.

If you’re looking for a salad-y side, I’d particularly recommend a traditional Greek salad (it goes with so much!) or this simple but delicious quinoa salad with crispy chickpeas.
