1. Chinese rice wine 2. soy sauce 3. brown sugar 4. water 5. chicken thigh 6. ginger, garlic, spring onions, chili 7. rice & broccoli to serve

   Ingredients

Cook chicken & add ginger, garlic, chili.

Add spring onions.

Add sauce.

Cook until dark, glossy and a little sticky.

Serve with rice, more chili and the spring onion tops.

Reheats really well the next day!
