Start with your favourite bacon. Cut in 2 if needed.

Arrange in air fryer. It can overlap a little.

Air fry 4 mins (355F/180C) then turn over.

Cook 4 mins more on the other side.

6 mins for not crispy, 8 mins for crispy, 10 mins for crispier!

How to use: 1. Salads, sandwiches, pastas 2. potato bake 3. for pizzas, quiche, frittata 

Make a double batch & keep in the fridge for 4/5 days to use all week.

1.  Overlap as the bacon will shrink as it cooks. 2. Mop up excess grease with kitchen paper, then wash in soapy water.
