cream cheese cream & yogurt lemon zest & salt sugar eggs corn flour

Soften cream cheese, then add cream, yogurt, lemon, salt, sugar.

Whisk in eggs (gradually on low speed).

Finally, whisk in corn flour.

Pour into springform pan lined with baking paper.

Bake on a high heat (410F) until set around edges/jiggly in middle.

The top will be dark golden brown!

But it doesn't actually taste burnt - I promise!

How to serve: 1. Simply, by itself 2. with berries on the side, fresh or frozen

Top tips: 1. Add ingredients gradually & don't overmix. 2. Don't overbake. 3. Serve in the pan/paper for dramatic effect!
