Easy Air Fryer Garlic Bread (Fresh Or Frozen Mini Loaves)
Make perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside mini garlic breads in your air fryer in around 15 minutes. This is perfect to go with your favorite family dinners such as pasta, casseroles, soups and more.
1small loafbreade.g. ciabatta or baguette cut to size, large roll, small loaf of bread
1½tablespoonsbutterunsalted or salted, softened (1 to 2 tablespoons depending on size of loaf)
2large clovesgarlic(2 to 3 cloves to taste and depending on size of loaf)
2tablespoonsfresh parsleychopped
¼teaspoonsaltor to taste
Instructions
Slice the bread (roughly 1.5 to 2cm wide or as you like). Cut almost to the bottom but not all the way through.
1 small loaf bread
Mash the butter, garlic, salt and parsley together well.
1½ tablespoons butter, 2 large cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, ¼ teaspoon salt
Pre-heat the air fryer to 390F/200C for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, spread both sides of all the bread slices evenly with the butter mixture. Spread some all over the top and sides of the mini loaf as well.
Wrap the loaf in aluminium foil, scrunching it up at the top to close.
Making sure the foil isn't touching the air fryer element at the top, air fry the bread for roughly 10 to 15 minutes, or until all the butter has melted and it's lightly golden and crisp on the outside. Serve at the table, letting everyone tear slices off the loaf while still hot and crisp.

Notes
Serving size: This recipe is enough to serve around 4 people as a small dinner side dish. If everyone is hungrier, or you want to serve more people, simply make more mini loaves and air fry one at a time.Freezing instructions: Why not make more than you need for dinner, and freeze one or two extra loaves for another time? Simply wrap in foil tightly and place in a freezer bag, then freeze for up to a month. You can air fry straight from frozen - simply add roughly 5 minutes on to the cooking time.To reheat: I've successfully reheated leftover garlic bread in my air fryer. Simply wrap tightly again in the foil and reheat in the air fryer preheated to 340F/170C for around 5 minutes.Regular oven instructions: If for any reason you prefer to use your regular oven (perhaps it's on already), the recipe is the same except it'll need around 15 to 20 minutes in the oven (check to see if it's crisp enough).
