Lemony Mediterranean rice with chickpeas
A tasty quick & easy side or lunch

Soften onions & garlic. Add oregano & rice.
Add stock, chickpeas, lemon & seasoning.
Pressure cook for 6 mins. Or stove top for 15.
Season again and garnish with dill. And feta cheese if you like!
